The garage must have a good reputation within its trading community and with past customers. The operation must be financially sound.

STAFF QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

All mechanics must have formal training and have attained or be in the process of attaining provincial Qualifications. A senior mechanic or manager should be available during all business hours for member contact and control purposes. The garage must have a quality control program to maintain a high standard of repair. The garage must have a training system to keep its employees up-to-date.
